I'm not a "fic" person -- I'm outside of that universe and it is strange to me. I don't understand how people can write for other worlds. I don't usually read it, not as a rule but again because something about it doesn't make sense to me.
HDM's world is, a thousand times more than any other, my favorite. I avoid fics for it like the plague because I can't stand the idea. I can't explain myself and this isn't the place for it.
I read this for no good reason, and it was very, very lovely. Extremely so. It was perfect and well paced and nice. I am a poor critic, and unfamiliar with fic style, so I guess my praises aren't worth very much, but I wanted to let you know that now when I talk about fanfiction and how I can't read it I'll say "Except for" and talk about you.
